Are you looking for rental space for an event? Look no further than our Clubhouse. We offer indoor and outdoor space for residents and non-residents of the lake. All rentals come with access to all four buildings for your event from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the following morning. Check out our pricing and availability below!
Main Clubhouse
Our main Clubhouse comes equipped with a large kitchen featuring two stoves, one refrigerator, and an icemaker, large buffet area in the main room, and two private restrooms. Keyless entry makes access a breeze. Tables and chairs are also available for your event. Simply bring food and decorations!
Large Outdoor Shelter House
Our large shelter house comes with outdoor picnic tables, string lights, and outlets.
Small Outdoor Shelter House
Our smaller shelter house comes equipped with picnic tables and barbeque grill complete with a large green open space perfect for nerf gun battles, family reunion games, or movie nights on the green.
Gazebo
The gazebo by the lake is the perfect setting for romantic pictures after a sunset wedding, cap and gown photos with family at a graduation party, or a beautiful background during a gender reveal. Our gazebo is equipped with lights and outlets for the perfect ambiance.
pricing
All pricing is based on add-ons and Lake Tapawingo Resident status. For further questions regarding pricing, potential booking, or facility tours please fill out the request form below.
$300 Deposit
Deposit is due upon booking. After your event, if there are no damages, additional cleaning services, or violations, your deposit will be refunded to you via check.
$420 Resident Rental Fee
The remainder of your rental fee is due within two weeks of your event date. Resident status will be confirmed upon booking.
$820 Non-Resident Rental Fee
The remainder of your rental fee is due within two weeks of your event date.
