All rentals come with access to all four buildings for your event from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the following morning. Check out our pricing and availability below!

All pricing is based on add-ons and Lake Tapawingo Resident status. For further questions regarding pricing, potential booking, or facility tours please fill out the request form below.
$300 Deposit
Deposit is due upon booking. After your event, if there are no damages, additional cleaning services, or violations, your deposit will be refunded to you via check.
$420 Resident Rental Fee
The remainder of your rental fee is due within two weeks of your event date. Resident status will be confirmed upon booking.
$820 Non-Resident Rental Fee
The remainder of your rental fee is due within two weeks of your event date.
